Frugalpac presents Frugal Bottle to Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves MP

Barndoor Strategy client Frugalpac was delighted to have the opportunity to meet with Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves last week at a business leaders event in Suffolk and present her with a Frugal Bottle, which is made from 94% recycled paperboard, is five times lighter than glass, and has a carbon footprint 84% lower than glass.
The Frugal Bottle has the potential to decarbonise the wine industry and they are already available in Sainsbury’s, Aldi, and All Bar One and being used by 35 drinks brands in 25 different countries around the world.
Malcolm Waugh, the CEO of Frugalpac also met Reeves last summer when Frugalpac hosted a reception at the Labour Party Conference and he also took the opportunity to share Frugalpac’s export successes with Frugal Bottle machine’s already sold to the USA and Canada.
